Your relaxation is enhanced with a long list of hammock accessories starting with hammock stands that eliminate the need for conveniently placed trees. The most popular stand available is made of steel and easily assembles without any tools. This stand offers a welded vs. screwed together construction for safety. One of the safest designs is known as the Right Connection that is constructed by welding the elbow into the foot cross piece in a 360 degree weld. A weight capacity of 600 pounds is available on only our hammock stands. Steel hammock stands are available in color options via an environmentally friendly powder coating that makes for a long outdoor life.
Pawleys Island stands are easy to assemble and are crafted with the heaviest steel with weather resistant Cape Shield powder coat finish for long outdoor life. The Tri-beam hammock stand, the original design, easily assembles without the need of tools. Spring pins are used for maximun safety of assembly.

It is constructed of 2" diameter 12 gauge steel, and is powder coated to ensure strong resistance to rust. The stand comes with durable end caps to protect pole ends and heavy duty hanging hardware to maximize safety. The stand is approx 4 ft. wide, 4 ft. high, and has a total length of 15 feet.

It arrived in perfect condition, no damage to box whatever. It is so well made it should last for quite a long time. My husband is not very handy, but for him, putting it together was a piece of cake. One, two, three, and it was together and ready to hang our Pawley's Island Hammock. Two people can certainly move it to another spot if needed. Expect scratches on your hammock stand until something is done about this. while the ups guy told me i could return it, i dont see much point until the packaging issue is fixed. i choose not to have another scratched stand sent to me and just put clear coat over the scratched parts to prevent rust.
